A little boy parked his bicycle nearby the Capitol building.

A police officer stopped him and asked, “Why did you park your bicycle here? Don’t you know about this building? There are many important politicians, congressmen and women, governors, lawyers, governor’s mayors and presidents that frequent this building.”

The boy replied innocently, “Don’t worry, I have locked my bicycle.”
