Girl: “Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned.”

Priest: “What have you done, my child?”

Girl: “I called a man a son of a bitch.”

Priest: “Why did you call him a son of a bitch?”

Girl: “Because he touched my hand.”

Priest: “Like this?” (as he touches her hand)

    Girl: “Yes, Father.”

Priest: “That’s no reason to call a man a son of a bitch.”

Girl: “Then he touched my breast.”

Priest: “Like this?” (as he touched her breast)

    Girl: “Yes, Father.”

Priest: “That’s no reason to call him a son of a bitch.”

Girl: “Then he took off my clothes, Father.”

  • An Elephant At The Bar

An elephant walks into a bar. Nobody acknowledges him.

The elephant went out and came back with a few of his fellow elephants and got a beer from the bartender.

The other customers were amazed and asked how he did it.

The elephant said, “You need to make yourself herd.”

  • The Impossible Golf Ball

A friend of mine came up to me at the golf course with a ball that he said was impossible to lose. I asked him to explain.

“Well,” explained my friend, “it has a chip in it, so if you lose it, you can find it with your phone. If you hit it in the water, it floats up to the surface and can get to the side using a tiny engine inside the ball.”

“Wow, that’s amazing! Where did you get this ball?”

    “Found it!”

  • A Florida Vacation

A man and his wife lived in New York, and it was winter, so they wanted to take a vacation to Florida for some nice weather.

One small hiccup, though: they were unable to take the same plane. So they agreed that the husband would go to Florida first, and the wife would follow the next day.

The man arrived in Florida safe and sound, and he used a hotel computer to email his wife, letting her know he made it. The problem, though, was that he accidentally forgot a letter in the email address, so the email went to the wrong person.

This wrong person happened to be a woman who buried her husband that very day. He was a minister. She decided to check her email in case anyone from her church wanted to send her condolences and words of encouragement. Needless to say, when she saw an email that started, “Dear loving wife,” she fainted. Her son heard her faint from the other room and rushed to his mother’s computer room to check on her. She was okay, but this is the email he found on her computer:

    “Dear loving wife,

    I have arrived.

I’m sure you’re surprised to be hearing from me. They have computers here now, and you are allowed to send emails to your loved ones.

I have been checked in. Don’t worry, preparations have already been made for your arrival tomorrow.

I hope your journey here is as uneventful as mine was.

P.S. It sure is hot down here.”

  • Iced Tea With Two Ladies

Two southern ladies were sipping iced teas on a warm afternoon.

The first one wiggled her wrist and bragged, “See this tennis bracelet? My husband gave it to me just because.”

The second lady nodded and politely said, “Bless your heart.”

The first one then twirled her pearl necklace with her finger and said, “My husband gave me this for my birthday. Don’t you just love the luster?”

The second lady said, louder this time, “Bless your heart.”

The first one then said, “See this two-carat diamond ring?” Waving her hand in front of the second lady’s nose, she added, “My husband replaced my wedding ring with it because he is now so well off!”

The second lady exclaimed, “OH, BLESS YOUR HEART!”

The first lady then smugly said, “No offense, but what did your husband get you?”

The second lady replied, “He paid for me to go to charms school.”

“Oh dear, so what have you learned?” inquired the first lady condescendingly.

The second lady said, “We learned to say ‘bless your heart’ instead of ‘F*uck you!’”

  • The Walk Home

A man is walking home late at night when he sees a woman in the shadows. “Twenty bucks,” she says. He’s never been with a prostitute before, but he decides, what the hell.

They are going at it for a minute when all of a sudden, a light flashes on them. It’s a policeman.

“What’s going on here, people?” asks the officer.

“I’m making love to my wife,” the man answers indignantly.

“Oh, I’m sorry,” says the cop. “I didn’t know.”

“Well,” says the man, “to tell the truth, neither did I until you flashed that light on her face.”

  • The Scenic Drive

After coming home late, my wife was furious and asked where I was. I told her I was playing poker with my friends.

She refused to talk to me, so I took her out on a long scenic drive.

Her mood eventually improved, and looking out the window, she sighed, “What a beautiful view. I wish we could spend the rest of our lives right here.”

I said, “Well, your wish just came true… because you won’t believe what happened at poker.”

  • A Visit To Grandpa

John went to visit his 90-year-old grandpa, who lived alone way out in the country.

The first morning, Grandpa prepared a big breakfast of bacon and eggs. As John sat down to eat, he noticed a strange film on his plate.

“Grandpa,” he asked cautiously, “are these plates clean?”

Grandpa looked at him and replied, “They’s as clean as cold water can get ’em.”

John decided not to argue and ate his breakfast.

At lunchtime, Grandpa made hamburgers. As John sat down, he noticed what appeared to be a few dried bits of egg stuck to his plate.

“Grandpa,” he said, “are you sure these plates are clean?”

Without looking up, Grandpa replied, “Like I said at breakfast, them dishes are as clean as cold water can get ’em.”

    John reluctantly ate his hamburger.

That evening, Grandpa served dinner. John examined his plate very carefully and noticed what looked suspiciously like a smear of mustard left over from his lunch.

“Grandpa,” John said, trying to remain polite, “are you sure the dishes are clean?”

Grandpa looked up, a little annoyed.

“Consarn it! Like I told you, they’s as clean as cold water can get ’em!”

John figured there was no point arguing with Grandpa and finished his meal.

The next morning, John got up early to head home. He thanked Grandpa for the visit, grabbed his bags, and headed for the front door. But as he reached the doorway, Grandpa’s dog suddenly started growling and blocking his way. John stepped back and called out, “Grandpa! Your dog won’t let me get by!”

Grandpa looked over at the dog and said, “Cold Water, go lie down!”

  • The Devil’s Three Wishes

A man spent years worshipping the Devil.

The Devil finally showed up and offered him three wishes.

“First wish,” the man said. “I want a thousand more wishes.”

    “Doesn’t work like that.”

“Fine. Turn your trident into a toothpick.”

The Devil sighed and did it.

“Second wish. Stick that toothpick up your ass.”

He stared at the man for a long moment, then did that too.

“Now give me a thousand wishes,” the man said, “or my third wish is that the toothpick turns back into a trident.”

  • Romantic Nostalgia

An elderly couple had just climbed into bed for the night.

As they lay in the dark, the wife felt a wave of romantic nostalgia.

“Honey,” she whispered, “remember how you used to hold my hand when we were courting?”

The husband sighed, reached over, took her hand, squeezed it gently, and settled back down.

A few minutes later, she whispered, “And remember how you used to lean over and give me a sweet little kiss on the cheek?”

The husband sighed again, rolled over, kissed her cheek, and tucked himself back in.

    Another minute passed.

“And remember how you used to softly nibble on my neck and ear?”

Suddenly, the husband threw off the blankets, swung his legs out of bed, and stood up.

Startled, the wife asked, “Honey, where are you going?”

Without looking back, he muttered, “To the bathroom to get my teeth!”
